Look Far Away Professionally(2016)

This Looking far away method through the endurance training for the eyes, can promote qi and blood of the eyes going into the deep level, so for the stubborn visual problems, the effect is rapid, but this requires practitioners full of energy, or the effect maybe counterproductive.

Preparation

1. Download and print shuzi mingmu chart 我的眼睛明亮了(My eyes have been bright already): http://www.mingmu.net/en/download

2. Face the wall and sit down, post the shuzi mingmu chart on the right front wall, keep the center of the chart on the same lever with the eyes.

3. Choose one Chinese character from the content area of the chart as practice target, ajust the distance between the wall and your seat, untill you just can’t tell the character, this position will be practice position.

4. Prepare a timer with stopwatch and countdown function, this software is easily to install on the mobile phone.

Personal edition

Preparation: sitting on the practice position, the body is upright, close the eyes slightly, relax the whole body, rest the mind for five minutes.

Exercise: slowly open the eyes, look straight forward at the target and start the stopwatch, not blink the eyes , not move the eyeballs, keep on this state untill you feel unbearable, then close the eyes gently and stop the timer.

Ending: close the eyes, rest the mind for five minutes, then slowly open the eyes, write down the time of the timer, that is the time no blink.

Notice: starting from the second day, with the timer count down function, extend no blink time at least one second every day; if no blink time is less than 10 seconds, it is recommended for three times practice continuously.

Group edition

1. Sitting on the practice position, the body is upright, close the eyes slightly, relax the whole body, rest the mind for three minutes.

2. Slowly open the eyes, look straight forward at the target, try your best not to blink the eyes , not move the eyeballs, keep on three minutes.

3. Close the eyes, rest the mind for three minutes.

4. Repeat step two and three two times.

5. Slowly open the eyes.

Notice: this method is often led by the teacher, the teacher will give the time every ten seconds; this method is also applicable to personal practice.

Instructions

1. Every day simply practice one time at a fixed time and place.

2. When the target is easy to see clear, please replace a new target.
