Shuzi Mingmu Look Far Away Method Instructions

1. When you practice looking far away pofessionally and looking far away at leisure, you had better take off the glasses, if you are wearing contact lenses which are not easy to be taken off, you also can practice with them.

2. Sitting posture requirements: the head is centered, the back is naturally upright. The feet are parallel to the shoulders’ width. The shanks are perpendicular to the ground. Put the hands naturally on the thighs. After practice start, try your best not move the body even a little, but in practice, if the tears are too much or have runny nose, you also can wipe them. The correct posture can enhance the physical fitness, correct early kyphosis and child hyperkinetic syndrome etc.

3. When you practice looking far away pofessionally or looking far away at leisure,the fuzzy degree of the target is that you just can’t tell the target.

To adjust the fuzzy degree of the target, you can through adjust the distance of looking far away or the size of the target. if the distance is fixed, you can adjust the size of the target; if the target is fixed, you can adjust the distance of looking far away.

4. From the practice point, just see the target at the longer distance beyond the clear range of the target, it should belong to looking far away. For example, for the people who’s myopia is more than 300 degrees, if look at the ordinary target at a foot away, the target is still not clear, so for these people, looking at the target at a foot away should belong to looking far away. Conversely, if you let these people see a building five meters away, it should belong to looking near.

From the practice of mingmu method, many people who improved the eyesight or took off the glasses practiced looking far away in five meters, some in four meters, some in three meters, two meters, even in a foot away. Of course, if conditions permit, longer distance for looking far away is better, like this can avoid that if the target is smaller, the eyes will be assembled which can cause the inside ocular muscles strained.

5. Exercise intensity should based on the eyes no fatigue. If your eyes are often tired, your vision will become worse. Many eye experts oppose the myopia people to look at the the dim target, in their opinion, this will cause the eyes fatigue.Actually this question should be treated differently, should not be generalized. In energetic state, the properly dim target can help to practice the vision, on the contrary it will lead to visual fatigue. Otherwise, it is unable to explain that after some people gradually do not wear glasses, their eyesight is recovered instead.

If in 24 hours the vision can be stable or enhanced, you can gradually increase the intensity. On the contrary, you need reduce the intensity.
It is worth mentioning, hard training will make you feel the eyes sour,swell up and painful, however you still feel energetic; but if you feel the eyes fatigue, the physical fatigue will also be accompanied.

So, if you practice looking far away hard, but without ftigue, it is assured that the vision will only improve and never drop.

6. When practice looking far away, the vision often appear more blurred temporarily, you needn’t worry, after the eyes rest enough, you will usually feel more clear than the beginning, when you look far away again.

7. In practice, the target will have some changes such as instant clarity, becoming large or small, moving up and down, moving forward or backward, lighting around and so on; for the body you will feel eyes pain and water, runny nose, ear itching pain, mouth water etc. For some people, when they close the eyes, the green or blue ribbons maybe appears in front of the eyes, which help the eyes fatigue quickly disappeared, and they will feel comfortable. These phenomena are all normal.

8. According to the examination through standard logarithmic visual acuity chart, if the binocular vision diference is 0.2 or more, when you practice looking far way, you need cover the better eye with something, first train the lower vision eye.

9. For some individual children, when they see the target clearly, in the next practice they maybe use image thinking to think the target clear, not see clear. So these children’s practice target should be replaced in time, parents can make a individual visual chart for these children.
