Relax the Whole Body

This method requires the practitioners to relax all the parts of the body in a certain order.

The method is good for relaxing body and mind, eliminating fatigue and restoring eyesight. While practice at night, it also can help sleep.

Opening

Close the eyes gently, relax the whole body.

Method

1. First relax the right part of the body, start from the right hand, fingers, palm, wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, shoulder, downward to right hip, upper leg, knee, lower leg, ankle, sole, toes.

2. Then relax the left part of the body, start from the left hand, fingers, palm, wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, shoulder, downward to left hip, upper leg, knee, lower leg, ankle, sole, toes.

3. Finally relax the middle part of the body, start from the head, cerebrum, cerebellum, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, neck, chest, lungs, heart, upper back, abdomen, liver, stomach, pancreas, spleen, kidney, lower back.

Closing

Feel the whole body, from up to down, from inside to outside, all the parts are relaxed and comfortable, keep quiet and enjoy this state for a while.

Slowly open the eyes.
