你好！
正如我所承诺的，我想把我的案例提供给你的明目网站。我不知道你是否会用得到，但是很抱歉，我只能这么做。
在这里锻炼了一周之后，我可以说我的感觉和那里一样。我的视力略有改善，但这些锻炼对我在其他方面非常有益。我以前从来没有这种感受。当我做圆圈的时候，我感觉自己正融化在太空中，当我沐浴着温暖的金色水液时，我的意识中充满了积极的想法，真是奇迹，我以前从未有过。幸福是永恒的。

Dear Dong,
As promised, I want to give you my testimonial for your mingmu site. I do not know if you’re going to use that but I’m sorry I can not do it any other way. After a week of exercise here I can say that I have the same feelings as there. I have a slight improvement in my vision but these exercises are very beneficial to me at other levels. I have never previously felt this form of detent. When I made circles I feel like I’m melting into space and when I take “the shower of warm golden water” my consciousness is flooded with positive thoughts, miraculous, which I never had previously. It’s happiness that lasts.
